Skills for an Inclusive Future ‘S4IF’ is a multi-stakeholder skills development network jointly established by UNDP IICSPD and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

S4IF will ensure that underserved populations in society are well-equipped to meet the demands of increasingly dynamic labour market and ensure access to the fourth industrial revolution for these groups. The S4IF Network will exist to support private and public sector organisations to learn from, and partner with, each other, with the ultimate aim of fostering collaboration in order to remove barriers to skills and employment opportunities to currently under-served populations.

S4IF target members will join the network with a time bound and measured commitment to develop skills for an inclusive future, in line with the network objectives. Membership is granted to private sector organizations with an active skills development initiative based on a set of eligibility criteria.
