Skills for Inclusive Future (S4IF) Network and Enerjisa Enerji have announced a landmark collaboration titled “The Green and Digital Skills Development in Türkiye’s Energy Sector Joint Initiative”. It aims to accelerate Türkiye’s twin transition—green and digital—by equipping the energy sector workforce with future-ready skills. The initiative also represents the first private sector implementation of the S4IF Network in Türkiye's energy sector.

Ankara, 14 November 2025 — The Skills for an Inclusive Future (S4IF) Network and Enerjisa Enerji will announce their Joint Initiative on Green and Digital Skills Development in Türkiye’s Energy Sector at an event to be held in Ankara

Türkiye’s energy sector is at a pivotal moment. Over the past decade, the country has tripled its renewable electricity generation, now accounting for over half of its installed power capacity. This transformation positions the energy sector as a key driver of green growth.

The S4IF Network and Enerjisa Enerji Announces the Initiative to Promote Green and Digital Skills in Türkiye’s Energy Sector

United Nations Development Programme’s Istanbul International Centre for Private Sector in Development (UNDP ICPSD) and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development’s (EBRD)jointed initiative the ‘Skills for an Inclusive Future (S4IF)’ Network and Enerjisa Enerji jointly announced the initiative on “Promoting Green and Digital Skills Development in Türkiye’s Energy Sector” during a side event at the COP29’s Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) Pavilion on November 16th, 2024, in Baku, Azerbaijan.

EBRD & ETF ( European Training Foundation ) undertook a webinar to discuss inclusive skills in the aftermath of Covid-19 with in the agribusiness sector. The relevant research report and findings were presented to respective country stakeholders and the implications for policymakers and other agribusiness stakeholders were discussed.
